I am still not clear on this. I am building a plugin but not generating any other files myself. The pom.xml specifies the maven-plugin packaging. The plugin installs fine in the local repo and I an use it using the fully qualfied groupId:artifactId syntax from the command line. So whhy is the deploy:deploy goal failing when it used to work before? My pomx.xml hasn't chagned.
