Vincent posted a few months ago about how to get Clover working with the assert keyword with m1. I'm having the same problem with the latest m2 source. Could one of the maven devs perhaps add an assert statement to the Clover plugin test so that we know there is a way to make it work and it is tested and document how this is done?
