Hi Dylan,
 Could you try and remove the <jar>j2ee-1.4.jar</jar> part ??
 the other tags should suffice ...
  btw, your command says 'maven -0 ...' I assume you want to run in offline 
mode.
The -0 ( minus-zero ) should then be -o ( minus-ooh )
