The "shared" local repo among several bulbs could work, as long the shared
local repo is not modified while ANY build is using in CLRM tail.

Build1 could use CLRM(LM1, SHARED)
Build2 could use CLRM(LM2, SHARED)
etc

For "branched development" see
https://maven.apache.org/resolver/local-repository.html#use-cases as that
would suit better for your use case....
