You need to modify (or create) that file in the working-directory
($MARMOTTA_HOME) of you running instance.

Or run the curl-command on the server, accessing Marmotta via *localhost* -
e.g. by connecting to the server via ssh:
`curl -X POST -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d
'["standard"]' http://localhost:8080/marmotta/config/data/security.profile`
