Then instead of deleting and trying to reinstate it again, wht you should
do in LDP is to override the resource doing a PUT:

Sorry, there is no configuration to change such behavior. If you think it
could be necessary, please create the feature request in jira and provide a
tentative patch/pr with its implementation, and we'll evaluate it.
