http://wiki.apache.org/marmotta/ImportData The snippet looks valid RDF/XML, but you could have a syntactic issue somewhere else in your file. I'd recommend you to firstly validate it: http://www.w3.org/RDF/Validator/ and then try to impor it again, a submit any other stracktrace you can have in the logs that give us a clue what's wrong.
