Hi Vlad, no, currently all the resources are queried through that URL
schema.
You could solve it at web server level, trying to implement a rewrite rule.
If you use Apache Web Server, you may enable mod_rewrite for remapping URL
from http://opendata.cs.pub.ro/ontology/ to
http://opendata.cs.pub.ro/resource
<http://opendata.cs.pub.ro/resource/Braila_judet>?uri=

P.S.: when importing ontology in Marmotta, ensure that the URI have the
right prefix: http://opendata.cs.pub.ro/ontology/
