Not sure if we could afford to have it solve for the imminent 3.3.0
release which is about to be published, but we'll include the issue in
our backlog for upcoming releases.
Anyway, the issue should not block you to use Marmotta on Windows. The
installer just provides Marmotta deployed on Tomcat. You can easily
reproduce the installation by installing Apache Tomcat 7 (>=7.0.30) on
your machine, and then deploy the WAR there.
