Then both the local import directory or the KiWi Loader are good options for you.

"brute" TRUNCATE TABLE triples or similar...

If that admin page does not list any item, that's because there are no contexts in the triple store; or, the performance it's so poor that it's not able to retrieve it. Please, take into account that H2 it's only recommend for small demos; as soon as you want to build something serious, you should switch to a proper database (we recommend to use PostgreSQL as backend technology for the KiWi triple store).
