correct.

It looks like your compiler is mis-compiling some parts of the phonon code.It might also be a problem with some libraries or the way they are called (zdotc is a notable offender). The vast majority of problems with libraries lead to crashes, not to wrong numbers, though, that typically occurs with buggy compilers. Hard to say more without more details.

The main self-consistent and molecular-dynamics codes (pw.x and cp.x) work and there is no need to worry about those.
