Is there a way to make postfix gracefully handle the situation of the policyd server not responding, i.e. default accept all mail if policyd is unavailable? I've found a postfix setting called smtpd_policy_service_default_action which sounds like it would do what I want, but it's only available in postfix 3.0+, and I'm stuck on 2.6.6 as it's the latest available in redhat 6.
