In general, that's probably not what you want ! While there are some default policies, it's highly unlikely that they'd do what you want - so you'd best learn how to configure it and set it up to your needs. Also, I'd suggest applying policies to your mail list outbound is not that useful - every message sent in gets amplified in number by the number of subscribers.
