but when i delete /usr/local/lib/policyd2.1 dirctory and after
creating this directory again and copying the awitpt and cbp into it
the service cbpolicyd again start but this is not possible every time
so i want to resolve this issue
This sounds odd. Policyd can not remove any files. If
awitpt/db/dbilayer.pm can be found before a reboot but not after a
reboot, you should investigate the cause of this.
