Ah yes, never thought of that. I'm running Debian myself, Cluebringer (aka PolicyD V2) is in Wheezy.

 and brings a lot of stuff up to date.
If you want to run it in Squeeze, IIRC there aren't any major version dependencies - lookup "pinning" in apt for how to keep with Squeeze for most packages while pulling in specific packages from Wheezy.

Quite conveniently, whoever packaged it for Debian split it into separate packages - I run the web GUI on a different machine to the policy server itself.
