I'm using both quotas and accounting ( is this wrong? ); and yes I have
quota limits set.
The Accounting and Quotas modules are similar but not the same.
Depending on the set up, I can see how it COULD cause something like
this but will try it out here.
Could you provide a full log with debugging enabled as well as your
policy/quotas/accounting tables for reference?
