Hi, I've applied the patch a few minutes ago, and it seems to completely solve the issue. Now there is absolutely no delay in message processing. Good news so far! :) I'll make tests thoroughly in the next few days, so I'll be able to report further problems if they happen to occure. If you're going to push another release to fix this, I'd suggest to include the fixed version of webui/policy-delete.php as well, since it's currently broken in -stable.
