We have tried to help, but at the risk of sounding condescending, you
don't seem to be trying to help yourself. So far you come across as
being incapable of doing it - you've been told exactly what you need
to do, but have come back again asking (effectively) the exact
combination of clicks and keypresses. None of us here knows enough
about your setup to be that precise.

Besides, if you really have so little understanding of the software,
then I have to question your ability to manage the system. I realise
that this may sound harsh, but this software (PolicyD) and Postfix
are both powerful tools, and with that power comes a lack of
simplicity. However much you may want it, that level of complexity
can not be ignored.

Even if we could tell you "press this, type that, click something,
...", then that would not help you long term as you still would not
understand what it is you've done. The first time something
unexpected happened, or something failed, you'd again be completely
lost and needing your hand holding.

Have you read any of the documentation ?
If not, then I would suggest that is a good step.
If you have, then what don't you understand ?

Have you installed the web GUI ?
Have you tried to use it ?
If so, where have you got stuck ?
