I already solved the DB problem. I used the 2.1 version of the DB with
Cluebringer.

Now Cluebringer seems to be working but I think my rules are not correct.

I only want to use quota so for testing I want limit the sender for 10
mails/hour. It's my first mail server so I don't understand every
options. Could you help me ?
