We installed cluebringer 2.0.10. When we set a quota, the quota is getting
applied to all the users from the IP. How can we set the quota for a
specific sender instead of all the senders form any IP? Does cluebringer
support quotas at a user level? Also, is there a way to set up quotas that
are absolute limits across a time period but not manage the frequency?  For
example, if there is a quota of 1000 for one hour, can the user be allowed
to send all 1000 emails in the first 10 minutes then nothing in the next 50
minutes?
