I am using the Debian (Lenny) version of Policyd. I had a instance where a null was added to there the IP should have bin in the blackist table. Policyd blocked ALL email.
I think that the "_blacklist` char(15) NOT NULL default '' may cause mysql to put an empty value into the table. I just don't know. Anyway, I had to policyd offline.
