Can be any domain the server will be hosting. This is running 
PostFixAdmin and will be an upgrade to an older installation hosting 
several hundred domains !

Plus, doing it by sender domain means that any inbound mail with that 
sender would bypass the other checks.

Thinking a bit more, it might be easier to do this in Postfix - add 
"permit mynetworks" before the policy server entry.
