Tried moving the policy check to before "permit_my_networks" and I
still get that line when the amavis logging is set to 5.

I was using the latest stable download. I've never used svn before. Is
it the branches/v2.0.x/ directory that I should be getting?
So this command:
svn checkout http://svn.linuxrulz.org/repos/cluebringer/branches/v2.0.x/
