Hi Robert, The problem here is that the oneacct output is using your local timezone, while Sunstone uses UTC. In UTC, VM 5 start time is 10:57:16, so sunstone is showing 13 hours for the date 2014-08-25.
I have opened this issue [1] to fix this inconsistency.
