Just go to "leases" of the specific VNET, add an IP and click "Hold IP". On the cli you would do something like this: onevnet hold <vnetid/vnetname> <ip>. In ONE 4.8 onwards you can also make a reservation: onevnet reserve <vnetid/vnetname>. Gr.
