problem is fixed after purging and reinstalling opennebula and
sunstone-server from ubuntu packages.
i dont know, why it was not running with downloaded versions.
now it runs fine. time to check it out ;-)

What OpenNebula version are you running? Did you install it
self-contained ($ONE_LOCATION) or system wide?
