The gui creates different directories in /tmp/ folder for the two jobs 
(example: /tmp/c3alb4wo for job1 and /tmp/ug66bg8r for job2). Furthermore I 
noticed that as soon as first job ends correctly, the other process is killed 
independently of the line of code that is executing.

Regarding the argument -output-filename, the file passed through INPUTS is a 
list of files automatically created by the gui according to its 
“scenario/workspace” structure and it contains the output files path as well. 
The output files generated by the two executions have different paths specified 
in the list of files, since they are run from different scenarios/workspaces.

Also, I would like to add that I am running on openSUSE Tumbleweed 20220705 and 
OpenMPI version is 4.1.4.
