When trying to configure openmpi-3.1.6 I get this error checking for evthread_set_lock_callbacks in -levent... no configure: WARNING: External libevent does not have thread support configure: WARNING: Open MPI requires libevent to be compiled with configure: WARNING: thread support enabled configure: error: Cannot continue make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop. Configure log is attached. I guess this will be a known problem ? John H
