Hi all, I'm trying to setup OpenMPI on a cluster with the Omni-Path network. When I try the following command it gives an error.
mpirun -n 2 --hostfile nodes --mca mtl psm2 ./osu_bw # OSU MPI Bandwidth Test v5.6.3 # Size Bandwidth (MB/s) -------------------------------------------------------------------------- WARNING: Open MPI failed to TCP connect to a peer MPI process. This should not happen. Your Open MPI job may now hang or fail. Local host: t-001 PID: 63725 Message: connect() to *IP*:1024 failed Error: Operation now in progress (115) -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't want it to use the network it tries to connect to. Any pointers to solve this?
