Dear all, I am trying to compile ompi 2.1.0 with support for checkpoint using blcr. openmpi-2.1.0# ./configure --enable-mpi-ext=cr --- MPI Extension cr configure: WARNING: Requested "cr" MPI cr, but cannot build it configure: WARNING: because fault tolerance is not enabled. configure: WARNING: Try again with --enable-ft
then using --enable-ft ./configure --enable-ft=cr configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-ft How I can enable checkpoint with blcr? I am under Gnu/Debian with gcc 6.3.0 Best
