Under Windows you can use MS MPI, its not a openMPI, but all works good (with MS VS). All info you can found in MSDN, here for example: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb524831%28v=vs.85%29.aspx If you want use openMPI - you can use build for windows (see site openMPI). All info about fucntions, you can found here: https://www.open-mpi.org/doc/v1.10/ If you want wirte under windows i would recommend you use MS-oriented software, because its native, but if you really want write parallel programms I recommend you change OS.
