[OMPI users] open mpi gcc

Hi
 We are currently using openmpi 1.8.5 and gcc 4.4.7, we would like to change 
the associated gcc to gcc 4.1.2 for our openmpi 1.8.5 installation.
 Is this possible. If so how can it be done.
