When I want to use OpenIB module of OpenMPI (thorugh -mca btl sm,self,openib), I keep getting the message that configuration only allow registering part of physical memory. However I have configured my machines with unlimited memlock for both soft and hard for all users and when I use other InfiniBand programs, I have no problem registering big chunks of memory. How can I get rid of this message in OpenMPI?
