Hello, I have the following error when I run a job:
It seems that there is no lamd running on the host cbuach. This indicates that the LAM/MPI runtime environment is not operating. The LAM/MPI runtime environment is necessary for MPI programs to run (the MPI program tired to invoke the "MPI_Init" function). Please run the "lamboot" command the start the LAM/MPI runtime environment. See the LAM/MPI documentation for how to invoke "lamboot" across multiple machines. I added the environment variables in my .bashrc: PATH=/usr/local/openmpi-1.3.2/bin:$PATH export PATH LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/openmpi-1.3.2/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH export LD_LIBRARY_PATH I tried defining directly the path of the mpirun on the open-mpi folder: /usr/local/openmpi-1.3.2/bin/mpirun --host ubuntu-frontend -np 8 mb -i batch_flavescens.txt>log.txt & but doesn't work, I hope any help
