Note that the layer 0 diagnostics I'm referring to are IB diagnostics, not Open MPI diagnostics. You need to ensure that your fabric is functioning properly.
Does anyone have the IB stack hangs problem with Mellanox ConnectX product?
FWIW: we do quite a bit of development and automated regression testing on IB (including ConnectX) every day.
