One other thing I noticed, you say native IB works, yet looking at your
ompi_info/config.log neither OpenIB nor MVAPI support was enabled.
Maybe I was wrong. I first compiled Open MPI with default options and it
worked. But now I think it used Ethernet. As I mentioned in another
mail, INTEL MPI and mvapich2 work with uDapl
