Could you try the latest snapshot of the trunk (r9440)
I was able to build r9427 with a evaluation copy of Absoft 9.2, but the more interesting problem I assume is why did Absoft 8.2 fail when your test code got the right answer, could always be something that comes back later. The error with Absoft 8.2 and r9440 is the same as above, the config.log is attached.
