Hi, I installed the latest version of openmpi, when I was trying run some osh programs on multiple nodes, the “shmem_init” will cause “ address not mapping, segmentation fault ” error.
Running multiple processes on single node is okay, running on multiple nodes, each with only one process also okay, but running on several nodes, each with multiple processes, error happens. I also tried the simple osh tests supplied in the openmpi source code. Same error. Besides, I saw the openmpi realised both mpi and oshmem, and the v2.0 is said to improve great for thread support. I want to mix use the mpi and osh together, especially for mpi I’d like to use “MPI_THREAD_MULTIPLE” mode. Is it okay with openmpi ? or any good advices to doing so? Thanks!
