This is the optional python2-dnf-plugins-extras-snapper, which is a Subpackage of dnf-plugins-extras. It doesn't behave well until configured, and needs lvm or btrfs I think. see: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1208624 kevin
