The download page https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads says Fedora 18 ("Spherical Cow") / 19 ("Schrödingers Cat") / 20 ("Heisenbug") / 21 i386 | AMD64 for the latest Fedora download, indicating that it works for all of them. (And I can vouch for this since I've run Oracle VB on all Fedora releases up to F21.)
