192.168.10.1? Isnt .1 the adress of the router for 192.168.10.x?
Maybe you should use a different IP.

Is the postfix listening on port 25 (smtp)?
If yes you need port forwarding on the router to send incoming connections on 
port 25
to the postfix host.
