Paste here the output of the following commands:
$ lspci -knn -s $(lspci | grep VGA | awk '{print $1}')
$ grep -P '(?=.*^blacklist)(?=.*nouveau)' /etc/modprobe.d/*.conf
$ grep 'nouveau\|modeset' /proc/cmdline
$ modinfo nouveau -n
