Is mentioning third party repositories okay on the users list? Anyway, AFAICS, you don't need to install Chrome or Chromium to get Pepper Flash; the RPM for it doesn't seem to have Chromium as a requirement. Obviously, if you install Google's copy of Chrome, then you get Pepper Flash with it...
