I just noticed this, as I have been using wired all this time. But went to do some wireless testing, only to find out no wireless.

How do I go about finding out if it is even recognizing the wireless card?

Run "rfkill list" to see if the wireless interface is blocked by a killswitch.

One time, I manually disconnected from wireless, only to discover that I couldn't reconnect. After Googling around, I discovered that, somehow, the act of disconnecting from wireless was accomplished by turning on the soft wireless block. WTF. Had to plug in a wire, and install the rfkill rpm, to get the wireless back.
