Decimal vs. binary (according to wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gibibyte :)).

df and gparted use size units to the power of 1024 bytes (G or GiB)
whereas gnome-disks uses 1000 bytes (GB). Try 'df -BGB'.
