Yes. Look at "shell-version" in /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions/weather-extens...@xeked.com/metadata.json 3.14 is missing there, so that's the reason. Looking at GitHub the current source code for this extension was fixed on Sep 25 to work with Gnome 3.14 <https://github.com/Neroth/gnome-shell-extension-weather/blob/master/data/metadata.json.in>
A temporary solution is to add 3.14 to the shell-version line in /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions/weather-extens...@xeked.com/metadata.json Then press alt-f2 and write restart to restart the shell. This until the maintainer of this extension updates it.
