I am not aware of xen being in any flavor by default but you can install
it with yum or your preferred package manager.
2) Is there a virtualization group or is that what the "cloud" flavor is?
Cloud is a fairly minimal image for use in a cloud. You probably what
something else if you want to host virtual machines.
