As Marko has already mentioned, no.... 

FWIW, I've had no problems with KDE and monitor positioning.  KDE has "kscreen" 
which is configured via the "System Settings" GUI.

That being said, F21 and KDE will run "sddm" as standard as opposed to "kdm".  
"sddm" is less configurable.  One thing it lacks is the ability to specify 
which screen the login screen will inhabit.   A minor issue....for me at least.
