Thanks. After a lot of fiddling I got Fedora 19 upgraded to Fedora 20,
have just got Postgresql working but it cooked postgres on the laptop
and the desktop but all good now. It took from 1:30 this arvo to 9:30
tonight. But that's on a Telstra lightening max 200KB/sec download speed.
