[When referring to a previous question, it's better to continue in the
same thread so people can understand the context. That's what threading
is for].

Your fans are running because the CPU is hot. The question you need to
ask is not "how do I turn off the fans?" but "why is my CPU
overheating?". There's a whole (long) thread about this here in the last
couple of says.
